Edward has spent his career managing, diversifying and expanding businesses with direct responsibility for building sales & distributions channels, identifying and establishing new markets and opening regional offices. As a member of the Territorial Army, Edward served in the Iraq invasion of 2003.

In 2008 he joined EPI, where his commercial experience, drive for growth and business acumen helped develop the company into the 2nd largest seismic QC consultancy worldwide, culminating in being presented with the Queen’s Award for Enterprise in 2013.

In 2014, he led a Private Equity backed management buyout, overseeing a service line diversification strategy involving international growth, acquisition, debt refinancing, fund raising and corporate restructuring in the one of the harshest Oil & Gas environments ever seen.

With a strong background client management, he has overseen simultaneous operations in 25 countries with a consultant base of 120+ people working in a variety of roles where teamwork, efficiency and cost have been paramount. He now leads EDR’s growing business.
