Mandy joined EDR in August 2019 having spent 12+ years in the medical industry where her most recent role was Senior Territory Manager for one of the biggest hospital groups in Europe. During her tenure she exhibited strong commercial, managerial and organisational skills which she continues to bring to the EDR team.

Mandy excels at using systems and processes to successfully streamline logistics within people businesses. As a natural problem solver she is an expert in the day to day management of the growing consultant network and facilitates the flow of information across all the EDR divisions.
